​Designed and customized a personal​ learning environment for student learning
Before Fraser's LMS , I pioneered a 'move when ready' blended learning classroom, allowing for student personalization and access to our math curriculum anytime or anywhere.  A website was used to house and deliver instruction, where as, a web 3.0 tool (Edmodo) was used to collect, provide feedback, and manage evidence of student learning.

Trusted Voices Co-Founder (Galileo 3.0)
Trusted Voices is a network of networks advocating for teacher leadership, education policy, and student learning. This movement was created while serving my first year of the Galileo 3.0 Fellowship.  Although the work is still developing, here are a few accomplishments: 
  • Trusted Voices Website www.TrustedVoicesED.com
  • Organized, planned, and executed three meet ups:
    • Building Collaborative Union/Management Partnerships
    • Connecting & Taking Action with Policy Makers 
    • Exploring and Understanding the work of the School Finance Research Collaborative
  • Continuing building Trusted Voices’ Network of Networks including:
    • Trusted Voices Representation in Avondale, Farmington, Fraser, Garden City, Grand Rapids, Northville, School Craft College, Utica, Waterford, Wayne RESA, West Bloomfield, and Woodhaven
    • Partnerships with the MEA, AFT, Learning Forward Michigan, 482Forward, the network of Michigan Educators, DRIVE, MASSP​
